Today Our Topic is How to get rid c section pouch and After c section mostly women facing belly or lower body fats , its due to numerous reasons like diet , poor lifestyle, zero excersices n walk etc
Here , their r few beneficial tips to control belly fatts if u any query regarding this u can ask.

Breastfeed
The best way to lose weight after c section,is to feed ur baby. u must feed ur baby for mini 6 months.This helps to melt away alot of fats from ur tummy.


The First 6 Months r crucial.
Do not let ho of ur body within the first 6 months. After delivery , ur body still has pregnancy hormones in circulation n all the fats in ur body is loose . once the fats r solidifies n gets set, it will b much harder to loose fats.

The Abdomen Belt
it is painful n irritating but must b use abdomen belt all the times . u can remove the belt only when i eating, sleeping n toilet.

Tummy Binder
Tummy binder is an old process of tucking in tummy. The post c section tummy is tied up with a muslin clothes ir an elastic cloth like bandage.This pushes stomach in u can use this only 2 moths after c section when ur tissues heal.

Kegel Excersices
Kegel excersices r basically vaginal floor excersices. u have to practice pulling in vagina muscles, holding it for 30 minutes n releasing it again.This helps to loose post c section belly fatts.

Drink alot of water
water helps to restore the fluid balance if the body, it might b surprising that water also flush out excess fats from ur system .

Lipid Brusting Massage
If u dnt feel strong enough with full fledge post c section belly workout, massage can b very helpful. u can try some lipid brusting massage to strengthen the muscles n lose weight.

Low fat Diet
If u r BF mother then dont go for low carb diet . u need carbohydrates to give u extra energy for lactation. u should ideally have protein, fresh vegetables n fruits , must b avoid raw fats like ghee,butter n sweets.

Relation
physical relation is best excersices for loosing fats and strengthen muscles n boost metabolism n stamina.after 90 days of c section uterus comes back,to its position then u have to do 3 to 4 times a week n if ur breastfeeding mom then avoid breast during n take shower right after course before going to feed.Best practice is to change position in intercourse.

Go For Brisk Walk
u may not be strong to run on treadmill yet. u have to do cardio excersices. so, starts by going brisk walk n slowly increase the pace for walking until can sprint again .
